Christine Agnello is a communication expert with over 18 years of experience in the area of persuasive high stakes communication. She is dedicated to advising executives in communication strategies and skills that drive business results.

With international experience at all levels of organizations, Christine specializes in consulting and training with executives to prepare them for their high stakes communication opportunities. Specifically, she helps her clients; pitch for new business opportunities, prepare for road shows, prepare for speaking engagements, build deeper relationships with their clients, build key messages for marketing materials and pitches, present to internal and external stakeholders, sell, negotiate, launch new products, prepare for FDA meetings/negotiations, speak on panels and at conferences, and drive outcomes at strategy meetings.

Christine takes a holistic approach to her work. She believes that awareness and lasting behavior change does not occur by simply addressing obvious verbal and nonverbal communication.  Instead, she’s found that attitude, verbal, and nonverbal behavior is driven by past experiences, self-talk, fear, assumptions, and self-perceptions. When appropriate, Christine explores these to determine how they impact a person’s overall image and approach.

Christine has experience across many industries. Some of the clients with whom she has worked include: Microsoft, Epsilon, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Royal Bank of Canada, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, NPS (currently Shire Pharmaceuticals), Hoffman La-Roche, Octagon, Catapult, KPMG, and The Gates Foundation.

Prior to launching Acumen Group, Christine spent nine years at a global communication consulting firm.  She was a Partner, responsible for leading and managing the U.S. sales team, managing day-to-day operations, and creating solutions for clients.

On a personal note, Christine lives in NJ with her two daughters and their awesome dog Buddy.  She spends her free time playing soccer, practicing yoga, volunteering, and staying active.
